completely satisfied, we offer a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee — even if you've
already worn them.

RETURN WINDOW
You have 90 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or
refund.

FREE RETURNS
Returns are 100% free. You will not pay any return shipping fees.

HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email us at mystepio.store@gmail.com with your order number and the reason
   for your return.
2. Our team will reply within 24–48 hours with free return instructions and a
   return shipping label or address.
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval of
   your refund.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business
days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days
for the funds to appear.

EXCHANGES
Need a different size? Email us at mystepio.store@gmail.com and we'll arrange a
free exchange.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 90 days
and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Gift cards and free promotional items cannot be returned for cash value.
