SHIPPING POLICY

FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
MyStepio offers free shipping on every order, to every country — no minimum
purchase required.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 4–5 business days after your order is placed.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after processing, depending on your
location. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 11–20 business days.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your
package every step of the way.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties or taxes charged
by your local customs authority. These charges (if any) are the responsibility
of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

DELAYS
Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to customs, weather, or high-demand
periods. If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, contact us and
we'll make it right.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for
orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
